Maybe if you move very quickly no one would spot you?
[ he says this, but he's digging through the closet. his home clothes is his regular outfit that is now only half here and his internal affairs. then the shirt. ]
[this thread is crusty and can end soon but i feel like tsuru should know what jiji's room looks like
so once it opens -
mikazuki's room is a very typical japanese-style room with tatami mats and shoji screens! in fact, it may be a bit difficult to place as a bedroom at first glance as the main pieces are a set-up for tea and entertaining guests, some seat cushions, and the way that the opposite wall seems to open up to reveal the upper half of the crescent moon. there is the illusion of the room extending out onto the engawa, so that you can have a seat to admire the grand view even though it looks like the world simply drops off beneath your feet.
off to the side there is a now-empty sword stand, and the primary decor consists artfully arranged ikebana pieces. a desk sits in the corner with all the regular amenities, and a one of the shoji doors will part to reveal a closet. inside there is his selection of clothes as well as a rolled up futon.
the aura of the room is simple, but everything is of the highest quality and finest craftsmanship. it is truly just artistic minimalism and a giant fucking moon.]
[ he can't exactly say he was expecting the moon, but at the same time, it doesn't really seem out of place. kind of like when you're startled, but after a second you realize that no, it seems right. ]
[mikazuki looks upon it - and even though it is his first time seeing it, there is no great surprise on his face. there is only a sense of calm and understanding.
yes, this would be what his room would look like, wouldn't it?]
I wonder if it makes me appear self-absorbed.
[to have a wholeass moon in his room when he is the moon]
