[tsurumaru's grip loosens but as soon as he's freed from his grave, mikazuki ushers him closer with his uninjured arm, looping it around him and encouraging tsurumaru to place his weight on him at least until he can catch his breath.
he knows. the impossibility of breathing, after digging yourself out of your own grave. the waiting, wondering if he'll ever make it out to the surface.
he rests a head against tsuru's, pressing his lips to his temple]

it takes a moment. a long moment, as tsurumaru just rests against the other as he remembers how to breathe. he looks unsightly, and he almost wants to make a joke about it-- how little like a crane he must look right now. but he can't quite manage to form the words, so the moment continues to pass with no other sounds from him except breathing.
[ there's a huff of a laugh, and he'll try to pull away. he wants to make sure mikazuki is okay and didn't further strain himself too much. they have a long weekend ahead. ]
[mikazuki will allow tsurumaru to pull away - though his hand remains hovering at his back, just in case he feels tired enough that he might sway again. he knows that it's a pretty rough experience!!]
