My thoughts are the same. If none can be certain the burn did not exist beforehand, then it is a simple matter to be in the kitchen and wait. I will not assume that all of their marks are from combat or otherwise, but it is suspect to only have each other to confirm other injuries. Even last week, Diluc Ragnvindr had a similar cut upon his hand in which he suggested that Kaeya was the reason.
The question is simply this: what shall be done about it?
Well, let's think... if it was him, the chances of him killing again are relatively low since he would have saved his hostage. But if he was not compelled to do it, it does leave a bad taste that he got away with it and not someone who did not make the decision to do so.
... I do think that there were enough distractions at the end that could have instead gone into better narrowing it down. Sebastian accusing Claude, for example.
