Okita Souji was one of the people asleep at the camp. I do wonder what happened there, though... he didn't even remember anything. I asked him if he was the first person here, he said he wasn't sure, but since he was the only person there who hadn't gotten to the hotel at the same time as the rest of us, it has to be him.

... I will say that he did not sound confident that we will be able to revive them. That said, they are still trying to get information over there. Hopefully we can communicate with them again or they figure out the letters.
