[we're at the pool
and by that i mean mikazuki has wandered toward the pool, enraptured and confused. he will gingerly bend down like an old man and let his fingertips skim over the surface of the water]

[ oh hi jiji. kaeya will come and crouch beside him as well with a small smile. he adds to the ripples with a gently poke to the water with a finger. ]
I'd say this one's for swimming. There's a much warmer one for soaking over there... quite the amenities...

The closest is maybe the hot tub back in Nerak. It was a place with nearly endless snow, and a hotel like this, but it was made completely of ice... We went to many places during our stay with the Watchers.

17. You open a door and find yourself at the middle of a maze. Something is in the maze with you, and its goal is to find you and kill you. If you make it through the maze, you find yourself back in the hall, disoriented and relieved. If that something catches you, you will be set upon by a shadowy, shapeless beast, and it will be painful. You will find yourself back in the hall, disoriented, unsettled by shadows shadows, and subject to nightmares of being stalked by shadow creatures that night. Only four minutes have passed.
he gives pause, a prickling at the nape of his neck, like some sort of knowing chill. ]

[mikazuki's outfit is at once both more and less comfortable - though he wears it with a type of easy grace, despite the layers. when kaeya pauses, a smile spreads across mikazuki's lips and already he begins to walk.]

Well... he was rather mischievous, but was cared for deeply. He was unfortunately a victim on the third week.

I liked him quite a lot. He explained just a bit... about being a blade, what life entailed. And I witnessed a memory of his, memories... a lonely life. [ he glances downwards, thoughtful ] We exchanged information frequently—I'm grateful for the guidance he provided when we truly needed it.

[ slowly, he starts to unbuckle his shoes and just dunks his feet in the cool water now. he'll park himself for a bit. ] It is strange, to have to stare at that same face, but to know in your heart that they are not the same. You cannot treat them the same...
But in this way... you have the pleasure, perhaps, of getting to know them once again. To maybe learn different parts of them now that you have the chance. I try to think of it as a unique experience, and a gift no one else will be able to experience.
[ he kicks gently at the water. ] I think my heart will miss the person I knew at one point, but will find that it can make room for who that person was in another life.
