I have wondered if they will be endangered if we realize who they are and spread their identities. One of them seemed rather nervous around shadows, when I started to tread into more tenuous topics, and others have rather explicitly asked me not to share too much regarding who they are.
Still, if you believe that they are not the original staff... Perhaps the ones who were originally hired were dangerous and locked in the realm of the dead, which has now been broken open. Something like that.
No, I think there is a difference between... their public persona, and how they may act when they get comfortable with you. The mask slips, they aren't perfect.
But no, I do not think we should approach them with any of this. They are more likely being more heavily watched than we are, so it's best to not put a target on them.
