I believe you're correct about the staff—I recognized some of the handwriting on that strange paper [ hangman ] we found, and it is was written by two of the staff during their orientation, though none of them will admit to it specifically.

Beyond the tasks, I have asked about the limitations of the 'deals' we can broker with the staff regarding the hotel. They must be 'entertaining,' the staff cannot assist with any physical work, and while there is no hard limitation, they may reject them if too many are being made in general, or if one person is behind too many of them.
If we are clever, and careful, I imagine these deals could continue being a boon to us.
